Kathy Milburn is the coordinator of the Early Childhood Development Support Centre at NSCC Marconi Campus. Kathy has been working with and supporting children in the early years and their families for over two decades. She is passionate about early literacy. She worked as a Family Resource worker in Cape Breton for 18 years and taught junior and senior kindergarten in Ontario and Northern Saskatchewan. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Education degree from St. Francis Xavier University. She joined the team in April, 2022.
