Learn the language and strategies required to become a more culturally proficient educator. By the end of this session, you will have more tools in your toolbox to help you transform your classroom to become more inclusive. You will also be given the language necessary to communicate with parents effectively regardless of an individual’s race, ethnicity, national origin, ability, gender, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation or personal circumstances.. This will be a safe space were participants are encouraged to reflect and engage in courageous conversations in order to advance equity for all. 6 PD hours.
