Are you tired of the same old songs, stories and finger plays?  Could you use some new ideas to help ease children into their day, and transition from activity to activity?  Join Trena for a fun and interactive day of learning and sharing, and leave feeling inspired, and ready to incorporate new songs, stories, and activities into the rhythm of the day.  Participants will be given an opportunity to practice and rehearse material, and to explore ways to make it their own. This class is appropriate for those working with infants up to preschoolers, as activities can be adapted to all ages.
Objectives: Participants will identify the importance of using songs, stories and rhymes to ease daily transitions for children..Participants will create a list of activities and a sample lesson plan that they can incorporate into their curriculum.  Participants will identify ways in which they can adapt material for various ages and abilities
