Foodsafe Level One course. Those that are successful will receive a certificate and wallet card that are valid for 5 years. Workbooks will be provided.
Facilitator: Mark Durkee, M Durkee Food Safety Education & Consulting, a retired public health inspector with 42 years experience with inspection of food establishments, child care and nursing home facilities as well as teaching food safety.

Cancellations must be processed before the workshop occurs. Therefore, to get a refund, please contact us at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to a workshop if you are unable to attend.
