Join Julie Coleman to learn the tools, techniques and strategies for sharing yoga and mindful movement in an an early learning environment.
An introductory workshop that provides participants with tools, techniques and strategies for sharing yoga and mindful movement in an early learning environment. Practices include affirmations, breath, story and movement.
Participants will learn accessible breathing techniques to relax, feel calm and quiet their mind. Participants will practice yoga and mindful movement for physical, mental and emotional health.
