The pyramid model has been around now for a few years inNova Scotia (since 2018) but for those people who have not had directinvolvement with it, there are lots of questions.  So as a result, we decided to put on aworkshop that would dive into the what, the why and the how of the Pyramid Model;

-What is the vision/mission of the Pyramid Model?

-Why implement the Pyramid Model in NS?

-What are the benefits of the Pyramid Model practices?

-How is it currently being implemented?

-Who is involved?

Our facilitator for this workshop is AngelaFitzgerald. Angela has  been with thePyramid as an Inclusion Coach since the first round of coaches were hired in2018.  She is currently the Coach TeamLead for Chignecto Central Region.
